For Sushi Classes: Make your sushi and eat what you make! Each person will make Oshinko Maki roll (radish pickle roll), California roll (avocado, cucumber, and kanikama roll), and Futo Maki roll (super roll - salmon, tuna, and cumcumber roll).
For vegetarian options, each person will make Oshinko Maki roll (radish pickle roll), Vegetarian California roll (avocado, cumcumber, and carrot roll), and Futo Maki Vegetarian roll (super roll - Inari tofu, cucumber, sweet potato tempura roll).
