@blakeberglund is a producer, multi-instrumentalist, and writer whose work stands at the intersection of rural memoir and political reflection.
Together, Plaine and Berglund maintain a steady presence on festival and theatre stages across Canada, while developing Western Seer Records as a platform for independent voices.
@lachlannevillemusic is a musician and songwriter from Rocanville, Saskatchewan, whose early passion for reading introduced him to the worlds of Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Steinbeck before he left elementary school. This love of literature, paired with the influence of his father’s ’62 Martin acoustic guitar, guided Lachlan toward the work of Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, and John Prine, inspiring a deep commitment to songwriting.
