Volunteer Opportunity: Inspire the Next Generation of Veterinary ProfessionalsWe’re proud to return to PACVET for year two—alongside partners CVMA, AVMA, and Hill’s Pet Nutrition—and to host this experience at our first veterinary school, UC Davis Weill School of Veterinary Medicine.
We’re also expanding the experience—bringing in a parent program to help families better understand the path into veterinary medicine.
Inside the event, students will rotate through immersive VetLab stations including:
• Dentistry
• Blood typing
• CPR
• Suturing
And we need veterinary professionals to step in and lead.

To help bridge that moment—when interest turns into direction.

This is not your typical career day.
It’s a hands-on, immersive experience where high school students step into the world of veterinary medicine—guided by real professionals.
This event is closed to the public, but open to veterinary professionals who want to give back, mentor, and help shape the future of the profession. (Veterinary professionals must sign up by June 5.)
