Join Be U Mind Body Spirit for a fun, educational, and transformative day retreat in Oakura, Taranaki, New Zealand. The retreat will feature activities such as Aura soma, protection Pomander, Healy vibration, understanding Chakras, healthy eating, raising energy vibration, and connecting to your higher self, as well as relaxation and a BeYOUnd Body subtle energy workout. The day will also include time to mingle, enjoy a spa, chat by the cozy fire pit, or join a river walk, and creative painting or colouring in. The retreat will run from 9:00am to 7:00pm and costs $150. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, healthy packed lunch, yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
