Deep relaxation allows the central nervous system to regulate and the body to repair as needed. All are welcome.

Supportive, compassionate community is so nourishing in these turbulent times and we strive to provide a safe, nourishing cocoon where total relaxation is possible. Every sound immersion session is different and can include a variety of toning, oracle/affirmation cards, or a short activity or chant to set our intentions before the sound immersion. All are encouraged to participate or not at their comfort level.

Zero gravity chairs, cushions, blankets, yoga mats, and air mattresses provided to support this deeply meditative journey. Feel free to bring items for your own comfortable nest. Therapeutic grade aromatherapy oils are diffused and light snacks for grounding are provided afterwards. Sign up not necessary. Allevents likes that feature for statistics gathering; really the perfect group shows up every time. Doors are closed at 2:15 to honor sacred space and a secure cocoon.

Sound healing can also be a form of self-care. A sound bath is a great way to relax, decompress, and focus on listening and receiving in order to connect to the present moment.  Some people fall asleep and report the best nap ever!

Come soak in a healing deeply relaxing meditative ocean of gongs crystal bowls Native flutes varied percussion and other resonant instruments as we tune - up and harmonize our beings on all levels. Let your cells and your soul dance on the bridge of connection to a higher consciousness that is available to all of us and within each one of us. The sound bath lasts for approximately an hour- time for grounding and community afterwards. Light snacks provided. We honor all paths of being and all are welcome. Comfort is key; dress accordingly and bring your favorite warm fuzzies and sacred objects to charge in the high frequencies. Doors will close at 2:15 so that we can honor sacred space and provide a secure environment. Looking forward to divine resonance with all!
