Behind The Smiles Yoga Wellness Event

Join us in person for the Behind The Smiles Yoga Wellness Event, a morning dedicated to mental and physical wellness in a safe, welcoming space.

We will begin our experience with Licensed Therapist Nyree Williams, who will guide us through a meaningful mental health exercise designed to help you ground yourself, reflect, and reconnect.

From there, we will gently flow into our yoga practice led by Instructor Naphtily Maynard, offering calming movements, mindful breathing, and supportive guidance for all levels — whether you are brand new or a seasoned yogi.

We will close our session with a restorative Savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath, allowing your mind and body to fully reset before stepping back into your day.

This event is about creating space — space to breathe, to release, and to reconnect with yourself and community.
