Join us for a tour of the Royal Oak Historical Society Museum, housed in the city’s beautifully preserved 1927 fire station. The tour includes exploring the museum's rotating exhibits and research library, and continues in the archival collection, where the curator will showcase unique historical materials and explain how items are acquired, preserved, and used to support local research and storytelling. Visitors will also experience the featured exhibit, Residential Geology: How to Research Your Home.
