Behind the New Appraisal Form
About this Event
For the first time in nearly 20 years, the appraisal report is being completely redesigned. The familiar Form 1004 is being retired, and on November 2, 2026, the new dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR), built on UAD 3.6, becomes mandatory. If you list and sell homes, this shift will touch your appraisals, your timelines, and your closings.
Join us for a relaxed lunch and learn built just for real estate professionals. We will break down what is actually changing, what it means for your listings, and how to set the right expectations with your buyers and sellers before the new form arrives.
What you will walk away knowing:
✅ What is replacing the Form 1004, and why it matters to your deals
✅ How the new dynamic URAR affects appraisals, timelines, and closings
✅ How to prepare your listings and your clients ahead of the November 2, 2026 deadline
✅ Answers to your real questions, straight from the appraisers themselves
And the best part? Our live Q&A panel. Bring every question you have ever wanted to ask an appraiser. Nothing is off limits.
