BEHIND THE BEARD THE ONE MAN POETRY SHOW TRUE LYRICS THE BEARDGOD
About this Event
🎤 BEHIND THE BEARD
The Truth & Nothing But The Truth
A One-Man Poetry Experience Starring TRUE LYRICS — The BeardGod
One Man. One Mic. One Truth.
Everybody sees the beard. Everybody hears the words. But how many people truly know the man behind them?
This Black Friday, SYIGU Poetry Club presents BEHIND THE BEARD: The Truth & Nothing But The Truth, an intimate, raw, emotional, and unapologetically honest one-man poetry experience starring True Lyrics, The BeardGod.
For one unforgettable night, True Lyrics takes center stage to pull back the curtain and reveal the stories, struggles, lessons, and emotions that helped shape the man, the artist, and the poetry.
No characters. No hiding. No holding back. Just the truth.
Through powerful spoken word, personal storytelling, humor, and heartfelt moments, True Lyrics explores the realities of love, heartbreak, relationships, betrayal, fatherhood, personal growth, healing, forgiveness, and the mistakes that make us human.
Some poems will make you laugh. Others might bring tears to your eyes. Some truths may make you uncomfortable. But every word comes from a real place.
This isn't your typical poetry show.
This is a journey behind the beard.
A journey into the mind and heart of a man who has experienced love, loss, pain, success, disappointment, and everything in between.
Because sometimes the strongest men carry the deepest stories.
And sometimes the only way to heal is to tell the truth.
