Behind the Bar: A Mixology Masterclass with Kevin Gibbons
This is not simply cocktail-making. It’s the craft behind the experience.
On October 24, step behind the bar with Kevin Gibbons of KG Events for a hands-on Mixology Masterclass built around precision, creativity, flavor, and performance.
KG Events approaches the bar as more than a service point, it is part of the atmosphere, energy, and experience of an event. Their work brings together professional mixology, elevated presentation, and high-impact flair, with cocktails designed to be as memorable visually as they are balanced in the glass.
For two immersive hours, Kevin brings that philosophy directly to you.
You’ll create three handcrafted cocktails while learning the techniques professionals use behind the bar. From shaking, muddling, straining, and garnishing to understanding balance, fresh ingredients, syrups, presentation, and the details that transform a drink into an experience.
Expect more than instruction.
This masterclass is designed to be interactive, social, and theatrical, combining hands-on learning with demonstrations, friendly competition, conversation, and the unmistakable energy of professional flair bartending.
No previous bartending experience is required. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast, planning a date afternoon, gathering friends, or simply curious about what happens behind a beautifully executed drink, this experience is designed to meet you at the bar and bring you into the craft.
By the end of the session, you won’t just have made three cocktails.
You’ll understand why they work.
