In this interactive class, our expert bar staff will guide you through the fundamentals of what makes a great cocktail stand the test of time. Start will a welcome drink, then roll up your sleeves and get hands-on learning the fundamentals of great whiskey cocktails, while you mix up two timeless classics: the Manhattan and the Whiskey Sour.

Not just a demo: you’ll shake, stir, taste, and build drinks yourself using tried-and-true techniques from our expert team. Along the way, you’ll hear what makes a cocktail stand the test of time, pick up techniques bartenders use every day, and find out what elevates a good drink into a great one.

You’ll take home cocktail recipes, our bar team’s favorite tips and tricks, and a 375ml bottle of our American Single Malt so you can stop guessing at home and craft the best sip.
