About this Event

Behind The Badge: A Conversation With The Youth

Is an interactive youth workshop designed to help young people better understand their rights and make informed decisions during real-life encounters with law enforcement. Led by former deputy Juan Bowers, the workshop will include open conversations, practical teaching, a live Q&A where youth can ask their questions, and an engaging “Is It Legal or Illegal?” game that challenges participants to think through realistic situations while learning what the law actually says.
