We are so excited to be heading back to Merley House in Wimborne - and everything we've found out about this place from our last visit tells us it's going to be a very memorable night.
Merley House has stood in the Dorset countryside for nearly 300 years. A striking Georgian manor with Portland stone, Ionic columns and sweeping balconies - and beneath that elegant exterior, something is very much not at rest.
A ghostly Victorian woman is regularly reported near the grand staircase, her arrival announced by a sudden and unexplained drop in temperature. A playful presence thought to be a child brings warmth and laughter through otherwise empty rooms - small footsteps where there are no small feet. Doors close on their own. Lights flicker. Shadow figures walk through walls. Staff and visitors have reported the feeling of unseen eyes following them throughout the house.
On this night we'll be running a full Ghostly Nights investigation through the manor - EVP, spirit box, Ouija, table tipping, vigils and free roam. Small groups, our experienced team throughout. It's a beautiful location with a genuinely unsettling reputation after dark, and we cannot wait to get inside.
