About this Event

This Behavioural Research Lab seminar will be hosted by Doctor Michelle Tornquist, Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Liverpool. An online option is also available, if you would like to join online please contact [email protected].

Michelle will discuss her recently collected pilot data for her a brief (4 weeks) emotion regulation intervention aimed at improving goal attainment (it also looks at the role of self-control). More information will be provided closer to the event.
