Beginning Encaustic Painting Class (and for returning students)

I will be teaching a beginning encaustic class. Students will work with pigmented hot wax, along with various other mixed media items. Photographers and oil painters will particularly appreciate this unique spin on creating artwork (photography can be incorporated into the work or adhered to the wax, for example). But even beginner artists will enjoy this process. The class will be three hours and all supplies will be available to use. Students will be provided with three boards to work on and then take home.
