Prescott Valley Public Library is offering a Beginning Computer Skills course designed for those new to computers. This four-week class series introduces the basics, including different types of computers and their components. Participants will learn how to turn on, log on, log off, and shut down a computer correctly. The course also covers essential mouse skills, managing files and folders, understanding mouse pointer shapes, and recognizing important keys on the keyboard.The first class will serve as a skills assessment to help tailor the instruction to your needs. Attendance at the first session is required. If you miss the first class, you will be removed from this series but may register for a future session.

Dates: Tuesdays, December 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2025
Time: 10am-Noon
Location: Second Floor PC Lab, Prescott Valley Public Library
