Beginning a Nature Journal Practice – October

Why keep a nature journal? Whether you’re 5 or 95, it’s a lens to help focus your attention and enrich your experience of the natural world. Journalers say it helps them discover, think, remember, be curious, have reverence, cultivate joy, make connections — shall we go on?! Join Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy for a creative and playful way to begin a practice that you can enjoy anywhere and anytime. We’ll have supplies, but bring a favorite notebook as well as drawing utensils if you like. PS: You do not need to be an artist or a naturalist to begin.
