Beginner’s Barista Course (English)

Our Basic Barista Course, will help you gain essential skills in coffee preparation, milk frothing, and espresso extraction. Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, you mastered techniques such as grinding coffee beans, which coffee you should be buying, creating various espresso-based drinks, and understanding the importance of temperature and timing. Overall, the course provided you with a solid foundation to pursue a career in the coffee industry or simply enjoy crafting quality coffee beverages at home.

Take the first step into your Coffee journey! This course dives theoretically and practically into the Coffee World. We invite you out to our Café based in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg to work along side our Head of Coffee, Chloe. Having a vast amount of experience in the specialty coffee world.

Course Agenda:

• Brief theory introduction incl. green coffee, origins, processes, equipment etc

• Working with the La Marzocco Linea PB and Filter equipment. Espresso perfecting, Latte Art, Machine Setup & Equitment understanding etc.

• Coffee Cupping and tasting discussion.

• Information handout to take home.

• Course participation certificate.
