The most common thing we hear at the studio is that new students feel uncomfortable not knowing the basics and going into class feeling "blind." We get that! This workshop will go over in great detail the common postures that show up in (almost) every class. The foundational vinyasa poses, chatarunga and forward folds. We will leave some time for relaxation, savasana, and questions.
As an added bonus students who attend this workshop will receive 2 weeks of unlimited classes at the studio so they can put their newfound skills into work.
**The two weeks unlimited begins the day following the workshop and runs consecutively. You cannot pause or delay the 2 weeks. If you have taken this workshop before and received the 2 weeks unlimited you are not eligible to take it again.
