Beginners Yoga with Nova

Description: Join us for a relaxing and revitalizing yoga session catered to beginners. This class is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to enjoy basic poses. Our experienced instructor will guide you through gentle stretches and breathing exercises to help you unwind and improve flexibility.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one. Don't worry if you don't own a mat yet; we have some available for use.

**No prior experience** with yoga is needed. Just come with an open mind and willingness to relax!
