Jal Kamal Yoga welcomes you to join us for a new series of Beginner’s Yoga classes here in Penwortham. If yoga is something you have thought about trying but don't know where to start, these classes are perfect.
You can expect a balanced blend of yoga movement, breath work and meditation. Yoga for body maintenance and mind sanity.
Our aim is to breakdown the ancient practice of yoga and bring it forward into our modern day lifestyle.
What to wear
Just something that is easy to move in and something you feel comfortable wearing. Any type or regular sports clothes or just leggings and a t-shirt.
What to bring
Yoga mats are required however mat hire is available for £1. You may also choose to bring a bottle of water, this is optional we do have water at the venue. All additional equipment will be provided.
