Slow Down for Christmas
Join me on the mat this December for a slow, twinkly & blissfully festive Yin Yoga & Deep Healing Relaxation practice.
We'll spend three indulgent hours taking time out of all the hustle & bustle to find some peace & tranquillity on the mat.
It's the time of year to be merry & bright, we will use our time together to recharge so you can find your inner sparkle 🌟
During our practice, we will harness the benefits of calming pranayama (breathwork) longer held yummy, stretchy asanas (postures) beautiful words (IYKYK!) and a deeply dreamy guided relaxation.
Treat yourself this Christmas, to time out. Come & unwind, settle into stillness and find a deeply satisfying sense of inner peace. Your body (and mind) will thank you for it.
