Hey January! � A gentle start to the New Year, we think that's probably what everyone needs and what better way to nurture ourselves into the New Year than with some gorgeous Yoga practises!
For those of you who are new to the practise of Yoga we have two different Beginners Yoga Courses starting in January...
Tuesdays at 7:15pm with @roseannayoga
Course starts January 7th and runs for 6 weeks
Sundays at 11:15am with @helen_blades
Course starts January 12th and goes for 4 weeks
