Beginner's Yoga Class

Join us for a unique and inclusive yoga experience with beginner-friendly techniques. This class is designed to help participants find harmony between their mind, body and soul. Open to adults and children ages 10 years and older.

4:30PM - 5:30PM

Recommended for:

Ages 10 years and older. No fitness experience necessary!

Participants under the age of 18 years old will need to have their parent or guardian sign a permission form. .
