That’s right! We are holding another Beginner’s Yoga Series in February! 😊Have you always wanted to try yoga? Or do you feel a little rusty?
This 5-week series with Angie is geared towards beginners and will help you learn (or relearn) the basics of yoga. Breathwork, postures, how to use props and so much more!
Classes will be at 6:30-7:45pm on the following Thursdays:
- February 6
- February 13
- February 20
- February 27
- March 6
Series investment: $60
Please bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and water as well as wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in. If you do not have a mat, there are a few community mats available at the studio to use.
