This is the workshop for anyone thinking of starting yoga or who has already dabbled in some yoga and is wanting to know the alignment of poses, ask questions about yoga, and get a firmer grip on the foundations of the practice. There is only so much we can say in our cueing about poses in a flow; this is the chance to tell you more and help you even more individually. We can talk, discuss, practice, etc. Bring your questions, a water bottle, and wear comfy clothes.
