Welcome to the Beginner's Twerk Workshop!

Ready to shake it like a pro? Join us for a fun and energetic twerkshop designed for newbies! Learn the basics of twerking in a safe and supportive environment. Slowly but surely understand how to move your body to create beautiful and hypnotizing booty shakes. Class ends with a simple but dynamic choreo, so that you immediately can practice and show off your newly acquired skills!

No dance experience required. Just bring your energy and enthusiasm.

INCLUDES:

• a brief history of twerk
• short warm up
• 4-5 basic twerk techniques
• twerk choreo

DRESSCODE:

• loose shorts or leggings (no tight clothing)
• sports bra or t shirts
• indoor sneakers or socks
