Ready to begin your tarot journey?
Join Chloë-Jade (also known as 'The Tarot Apothecary') for a warm and welcoming in-person workshop where you'll learn a simple tarot reading system and weave it together with your intuition and your own personal interpretations.
Perfect for beginners – no experience needed!
What we'll cover
- Tarot card meanings
- Intuitive reading
- Simple spreads
- Practise your first tarot readings together
What's Included?
- Complimentary tea and coffee provided
- Worksheets and pens provided – however, we all work differently; if using a laptop or tablet is easier for you, feel free to bring it along and you can use the worksheets as a reference for your own notes.
- Duration: 2.5 hours (includes a short tea and coffee/stretch break)
- Decks will be provided for you to borrow during the workshop, but if you already own a tarot deck (Rider-Waite based) that you'd like to work with, please feel free to bring it along!
Whether you’re simply curious or ready to begin reading for yourself, this workshop is designed to help you take those first steps in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, build your confidence and discover the magic of tarot.

Important Accessibility Information
The workshop will be held in the upstairs function room of The Fat Cat which can only be reached via a steep flight of stairs. The pub entrance, toilets and bar are on the ground floor.
Due to the nature of this workshop, there are limited spaces available in order to ensure a cosy, intimate environment where everyone feels comfortable exploring tarot in a personal, low-pressure way.
