This 5-week Beginner's Tai Chi Preparation Course is a great way to build a strong foundation in the Tai Chi movements, terminology, and key practice techniques. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to integrate smoothly and confidently into the main weekly class held at a slightly earlier time. The course is held Thursdays, from 7:30pm-8:30pm, 30 October to 27 November.
