Have you always wanted to learn Spanish? Join a four-week class for adult beginners, 10 AM Tuesdays, Oct. 15 through Nov. 5!The class will have an immersive, conversational style, with an emphasis on listening and speaking: You will start speaking Spanish the very first day! The environment will be fun, supportive and encouraging. Topics will include, but are not limited to, greetings, numbers, colors, the alphabet, family members, the body, and simple conversations.
Instructor Kate Swartley has her master's degree in Spanish and has taught the language at five different universities. She is excited to start leading community classes.
The class is free, but purchase of the "EspaƱol En Vivo" level 1 workbook, $18, is required. The workbook is available to purchase via Amazon (https://a.co/d/6ycenun). Two participants are welcome to share one copy.
