Hands on opportunity to explore the basic principles of knitting on a domestic machine. Learning single bed techniques. Yarn 100% lambs wool
About this Event

This Course will give you the opportunity to explore the basic principles of knitting on a domestic machine.

You will learn single bed techniques which will include:

  • Casting on and off stitch
  • Knit stockinette stitch
  • Change colours and stripe
  • Utilise the jacquard patterning facility
  • Knit your own scarf design or follow a ready made pattern

All yarn is ethically sourced 100% lambswool

Courses usually run on Saturdays 10am-2pm, tea ans coffee provided but please bring your own lunch.
