Beginners Judo Course

Looking to learn the art of Judo? Join us at Banbury Judo Club for our Beginners Judo Course! This 8 week course is perfect for those new to Judo and looking to learn the basics. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of Judo, teaching you throws, pins, and submissions. On completion of the course you will earn your red belt in Judo!

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, self-defense skills, or just try something new, this course is for you. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to learn Judo in a fun and supportive environment!

Note that there will be a two week break on the 16th & 22nd of February, but the regular Judo sessions will still be on at the same time and attendence there is included free of charge.
