The "Intro to Indoor Rowing" class is an opportunity to learn about rowing and the proper technique used on the indoor rowing machine. No rowing experience necessary - we will teach you! If you are interested in learning how to row on the indoor machine while getting in a great total body, low impact workout, this is the class for you. Three weeks of classes for $60.Tues & Thurs: 6:30 - 7:30 pm from 2/11 - 2/27*
*This class requires a minimum participation of 4 registrants or will be rescheduled for a later date
All classes are held at ELITE FITNESS on Garfield Ave in Traverse City. An email with additional instructions on how to get to class will be sent out closer to the first day of class.
*No refunds for inclement weather or missed sessions.
