If you are new to flamenco or dance, this is the class for you! No prior dance training is required. Focused on students in their first year, this class will develop flamenco and dance skills at a measured pace.You will build a strong foundation in all flamenco techniques of footwork, arms, turns, rhythm and terminology.
Also you will learn a simple fun dance to put it all into practice!
Optional 30 minute Intro to Castanets class straight after Beginners Flamenco
A 30 minute class to introduce the techniques of castanets for those with no or little experience with castanets. We will learn a short piece as well as fundamental techniques of castanets.
