From the beginning of April until the end of September, courses take place outdoors over one weekend, and comprise one session on a Saturday, and one session on a Sunday. During the Autumn and Winter months, courses take place indoors over one weekend, and comprise of one session on Saturday afternoon, and one session on Sunday afternoon. The venue for our outdoor courses is on the small field at the Longhill Sports Centre, Falmer Road, Rottingdean, BN2 7FR.
