Award winning Chef Nako of The Cutting Board welcomes you to join her for a beginner's cooking class at The Ethos! In this class you will learn knife safety, simple cuts, and how to make bread. Because how awesome is homemade bread! Chef Nako will also show you how to make a Fancy Toast using some of the cuts learned in the class.
So pack up you favorite knife and join us for an intro to cooking at The Ethos
