This casual class is designed to introduce you to the basics of contemporary dance technique, while also giving you a choreographed routine to enjoy moving to.

Curious Mover courses are open to all adults 18+ , whether you have some experience or have never stepped foot in a studio before. The class content is aimed at a beginner level with the opportunity to continue your practice in future courses.
