Join Yoga teacher Chloe and a small group to learn and practice Yoga in a friendly, non-intimidating way.
You are welcome to join us anytime for a drop-in class or full course. Whether you are completely new to Yoga or not, this class is for anyone who wishes to learn and practice yoga with a beginners mindset and really understand the foundations of Yoga.
Together we will cover: yoga asanas (postures), basic meditation, and simple pranayama (breathwork).
