By attending this workshop, you will feel comfortable enough to take our vinyasa classes.This workshop will teach new students the fundamentals of vinyasa/bsptiste yoga & provide a safe & engaging learning environment. It is a perfect class for beginners, those returning to yoga after a long absence & those experiencing physical ailments.
