This Series has been carefully designed by Denise as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Classes are slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. With plenty of opportunity to ask questions in a safe and supportive enviroment.
We will break down a basic, yoga class into 4 parts over 4-30 min Sessions. The final class will be an hour long beginner yoga class.
With 10 000 + teaching hours Denise has 15 yrs experience leading beginner/intro to yoga classes in Sault Ste Marie.
register early as this series is only offered twice a year and fills fast.
