Designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, this series focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and calming the mind through gentle, intentional movement. Each class will guide you through foundational yoga postures and breathwork techniques with personalized instruction and encouragement.

What to Expect:
• 6 weekly in-studio classes (Tuesdays at 5:30 PM)
