This workshop is made for you — absolutely no experience needed.Join us for a welcoming, hands-on introduction to yoga basics with a special focus on props (blocks, straps, and bolsters). Whether you’re curious about yoga or want to build confidence in your practice, this is the perfect place to start.
What to Expect:

✨ Step-by-step breakdown of foundational poses
✨ Intro to props: Learn how blocks, straps, and bolsters support alignment, deepen stretches, and make poses accessible
✨ Live demoing of each pose + gentle hands-on adjustments (with consent)
