We are excited to invite you to Free Beginner Yoga with Lauralyn, presented by the City of Brunswick Parks & Recreation!Join us for beginner-friendly yoga sessions led by Lauralyn, a passionate and accessible instructor who will help you find balance and breath in your practice. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a supportive and welcoming environment for all.

Class Details: These classes are designed for beginners, and we encourage everyone to join, whether you're experienced or new to yoga. Please bring a yoga mat and block. While signing up is not required, if you contact Nicole, she will be able to keep you updated on any changes or announcements regarding the classes.
No experience necessary—just come as you are!
