Beginner Trail Series : Tie City

We have partnered with the Great Bison Shuffle to offer this beginner trail series. This is an excellent way for runners new to trails to get out in the great outdoors and ease into one of the most exhilarating ways to run.
Be excited, as the always incredible Tie City Trailhead makes its long awaited debut in the series this week. This area is just so cool, literally and figuratively, as the trees allow for so much shade.
