- Chain stitch
- Slip stitch
- Single crochet
- Half double/double crochet
- Reading simple patterns and understanding stitch tension
- Magic circle
- Different colored yarn changing
What you will get:
Guests will receive everything they need for this workshop. This includes (guests own them after the workshop):
- A crochet hook
- High-quality yarn
- A stitch counter
- Yarn sewing needles
Everyone will leave with one completed coaster, or the materials to confidently finish it at home if they need more time, along with clear, easy-to-follow instructions to continue practicing their new skills beyond the workshop.
By the end of class, you’ll have a beautiful, functional coaster—and if you don’t finish, you’ll take everything home to complete it with confidence!
Come join us and discover how soothing and satisfying crochet can be!
Basic crochet experience is helpful! Participants should ideally know how to make a chain stitch and a slip stitch. It’s a bonus if you’re familiar with creating a magic ring, but it’s not mandatory. If you’re brand new and don’t know any stitches yet, no worries at all. It may simply take a little extra time to get comfortable, and I’ll guide you through each step with patience.
