Join us at Craft Loft and weave your own tapestry, perfect for hanging as wall decoration or apply the skills to weave other items. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of weaving, including:
- Warping a loom
- Common materials (yarn, fabric, roving)
- Common weaves (plain weaving, Rya knot, Sumac stitch)
- Texture combinations
- Tying off your weaving

At the workshop, you can select from a large variety of yarn, fabric and other fun materials to incorporate into your weave and create a piece that is truly your own.

Thank you for your interest in this workshop! Just a note that this workshop needs a minimum of two attendees to run. In the rare case that no one else is signed up by a few days prior to the workshop time, we will reach out to let you know. If a workshop is cancelled, your ticket will be either refunded or rescheduled, whichever you prefer.
