If you’ve ever wanted to try step aerobics but didn’t know where to start, this is your chance! DanceFit Xpress is offering a Beginner Step three part course at no cost to you!
This is a completely beginner-friendly, feel-good workout where you’ll learn simple, easy-to-follow step moves while grooving to upbeat music.

In this free 3-part series, you’ll learn all the fundamental step aerobics moves like the basic step, knee lifts, turn steps, and V-steps. Each session will build on the last, helping you gain confidence and improve your skills. By the end of the series, you’ll be ready to step into our weekly Tuesday and Thursday classes with ease!
