Each participant will receive group and individual instruction, a recipe, active sourdough starter, and make a loaf of bread to take home and bake the same day or the next! You will sample 3 flavors of fresh sourdough (cheddar, cinnamon brown sugar and plain) and may pick out a choice of a custom coffee or non-coffee drink from the coffee bar! Cooper’s Cup has so many yummy drinks to pick from. This is a hands-on class that is suitable for beginners, families, and youth. The coffee shop also has some fantastic vendor shopping inside the store, so be sure to look around!
