Have you ever wanted to delve into the world of sourdough baking but don’t know where to begin? If so, this is the class for you!
Join Melina, of “Sourdough Simplified” as she teaches you the basics of sourdough baking in a fun and simplified way. In this class, you will also learn how to add inclusions in to your loaves (chocolate chips, walnut cranberry etc) giving you the confidence and knowledge to experiment with different combinations at home.
In this class, you will learn the basics and benefits of sourdough baking as well as feeding and maintaining your very own starter (provided for you)+ receive everything you need to get on your way.
You will take home your very own loaf to bake the next day as well as your choice of inclusions.
