Let's Wake Up Some Sourdough!
Ever wanted to try sourdough but had no idea where to start? Well, you're in the right place!
Join Fire On The Ridge for a fun, hands-on beginner workshop where we'll take dehydrated sourdough starter and bring it back to life together. No experience needed, and you definitely don't have to know how to bake bread!
We'll walk through everything you need to know to get your starter going, keep it happy, and put it to work in your kitchen.

- How to wake up dehydrated sourdough starter
- How and when to feed your starter
- What to look for as your starter becomes active
- How to store and maintain your starter
- Common mistakes and how to troubleshoot them
- Fun ways to use sourdough beyond traditional bread

You'll receive your own sourdough starter and a complete take-home kit with the supplies needed to get started.
And the fun doesn't stop when class ends!
You'll also receive 13 days of exclusive written follow-along content on our private sourdough support page, with step-by-step guidance, helpful tips, and troubleshooting as your starter comes to life.
Plus, join me LIVE on Google Meet for four evenings following your class (Friday through Monday, 7:00–7:40 PM Central). We'll feed our starters together, check on everyone's progress, and answer questions along the way!
Can't make every live session? No worries! Attendance is optional, and I plan to make recordings available for anyone who misses out.
Class details:
Location: Bella Vista Recreation Center, 3 Riordan Drive, Bella Vista, Arkansas
Duration: 80 minutes
Cost: $50 per person, plus applicable Eventbrite fees
Class size: Limited to 12 participants per session

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: You may request a refund of your $50 ticket price at least 14 days before your scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 14 days before class are nonrefundable. Eventbrite ticketing fees are generally nonrefundable for customer-requested cancellations.
Rescheduling: Can't make your class? You may transfer your registration one time to another available class within 90 days of your original class date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be completed within that 90-day period. No additional transfers or extensions.
Inclement Weather: If unsafe weather requires Fire On The Ridge to postpone a class, we'll notify attendees and provide information about the rescheduled date. Any applicable refund requests will be handled according to Eventbrite's postponement requirements.
Event Cancellation: If Fire On The Ridge cancels a class, attendees will receive refunds in accordance with Eventbrite's cancellation requirements, including applicable ticketing fees.
Refund Requests: Submit refund requests through your Eventbrite account. For rescheduling assistance or questions, email [email protected]. We'll respond to refund requests within five business days.
